Important: Possible difficulty logging into Velocity@ocbc due to Java patch update

Oracle has released a new Java patch (version 7 update 51) for the Java browser plugin. This patch affects earlier versions of Java. If you are presently facing problems logging into Velocity@ocbc, we recommend that you:

- Uninstall your current java version and install java version 7 update 51
- Go to Start >>Settings >> Control Panel >> java
- Click on Security >> Edit Site List >> Add https://bb.ocbc.com

For further assistance, please call our Business Banking Commercial Service Centre at (65) 6538 1111 from 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mondays - Fridays).

Internet Explorer 11 – Use in Compatibility View

If you wish to use Internet Explorer 11 with Velocity@ocbc, you will have to add ocbc.com in the browser compatibility view settings.

Firefox 21 & above: Intermittent login issue with Velocity@ocbc for Mac users

If you are running Firefox version 21 & above on Mac, you may experience difficulty logging on to Velocity@ocbc intermittently and we are currently looking into this issue. In the meantime, please downgrade your Firefox browser to access Velocity@ocbc.

Browser Compatibility Update

To ensure maximum compatibility, it is advisable to use the recommended browser platforms and withhold any upgrade until it has been certified for use.

A reminder that with your company’s migration to our new Velocity@ocbc (business internet banking) platform : https://velocity.ocbc.com , your access to the old platform will no longer be available 30 days after migration.

Please download all required transaction history from the old platform before your access is discontinued.

To refresh your cache:

Windows users: Press [CTRL]+[F5]
Mac users: Press [Command]+[R]

Alternatively, you may learn how to clear your Java and browser cache by following the steps here.

Note: Please do not add this page to your Favorites. To add to Favorites, please use http://bb.ocbc.com.

To protect your interest and the integrity of your transactions, please clear your browser's cache (and history) on your browser after you have logged out.
